Show Description
"Residual Evidence" is a call to artists to reflect on the marks that linger—the traces of personality and observation that shape a work of art, and the imprint of spaces and communities as they evolve or disappear. This exhibition invites you to explore the intentional and accidental ways your creative process leaves its evidence in the final piece and to share how the world around you influences that journey.
This year’s show is inspired by the Lloyd Center, a space that has been a cornerstone of the community but will soon transition into memory. We encourage you to join us in reflecting on the lasting impact of places and moments like this. How does a space, a memory, or a community leave its imprint on us as artists? Whether through abstract gestures, deeply personal symbols, or vivid storytelling, we invite you to contribute your voice and vision to this collective exploration. Let’s create a shared experience that captures the beauty of what remains.
