Figurative Works > My Life As Sistina Smiles

This series of digital paintings was created with digital painting software called "ArtRage". The paintings were based on my experiences playing a MMORPG called Guild Wars. I would print the paintings on sheets of transparency, and sandwich those between sheets of plexi-glass. The result was an image that would shift as the viewer walked around it, and a resulting reflective image would be projected onto the back piece of plexi-glass. These paintings were stories of my life, but of my digital life as my avatar's name; "Sistina Smiles".
