Tree Portraits
This tree was inspired by a River Birch I discovered at Leila Arboretum in Battle Creek Michigan. It lives right along the pond which makes sense because these trees like to dip their toes in wet ground. This is the largest River Birch I've ever seen. It's striking how pealy their bark is.
