Challenge: Current company marketing initiatives were aimed at younger consumers, yet there lacked a sense for if those initiatives were working - or what demographics current customers fell into.
Process: Working with database analysts; existing customer demographic and usage data was parsed to develop a snapshot of a companies customer base.
Outcome: Shown is the graphic I designed and shared with executives highlighting customer age trends that were misaligned with marketing strategies. This simple graphic became the catalyst for a marketing strategy overhaul.
My Role: I initiated this skunk project, sought out partners within the organization to aid in finding and parsing the data, designed the graphic based on my findings, and presented to executives and marketing associates.
